Uploading Files

How do I upload my CAD file?

To upload your CAD file, you can either click the ‘Browse’ button and select a file from your folders or drag and drop the file into the portal window.

My CAD file won’t upload. What’s wrong?

Your file format may not be supported for instant quotation. Please email ARRK’s projects team at projects@arrkeurope.com who will be happy to provide you with a quotation.

What file types can I upload as a drawing?

You can upload any file type as a drawing.

What does ‘Request a Quote via email’ mean?

This option is applicable if your request is not immediately suited to an instant quotation. This may include materials or build parameters outside of the scope of our online system or for clients who require any of our additional services, such as specific paint or finishing options, vac castings, CNC machining, Block models, Metal pressings, stampings and Rapid Tooling & mouldings.

Using the ‘Request a quote’ button, you can send your details, along with any special requests, to projects@arrkeurope.com and one of our team will get back to you to either help refine your requirements or provide you with a bespoke quotation.

How long will it take to receive a response to my request?

Initial registration will require manual approval by our projects team during normal office working hours. We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.

Once your registration has been setup you will be able to obtain a instant quote from the system. If your requirements fall outside the systems parameters the projects team will notify you.

The technology I need isn’t listed. Why is this?

This means ARRK do not offer this technology via instant quotation. Please email our projects team for a quotation at projects@arrkeurope.com or call +44 1452 727 788 to discuss your requirements.

Account & Login

How do I log into my account?

When you reach the portal, you will be required to login with your email address and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to register before you can use the system.

I’ve just registered and I can’t log in. What’s happened?

Before you can log in, you will need to verify your email address. You should have received an email containing a link to do this — if not, please check that you have used a valid email to register.

If you still have trouble logging in, please contact projects@arrkeurope.com or call us on +44 1452 727 788. Please note, initial registration process will be approved by our projects team during normal office hours.

How do I reorder a part?

You can reorder any parts (or orders) you have placed through the portal by accessing the Order History page of your account.

I’ve forgotten my password. What can I do?

You can request a new (temporary) password by following the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login screen. You will need to have a valid, registered email address.

My password hasn’t been accepted. Why is this?

Your password must be at least 11 characters long if you are registering for the first time.


If you have already registered, please check that you have entered your password correctly. Otherwise, you can use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link to receive a new (temporary) password via email.

My contact details have changed. Can I update my account?

You can update your account details by clicking the ‘Account Data’ section of your account once you are logged in.

Where can I see the status of my orders, requests and quotes?

In your account section you can see the status of any orders you’ve placed, requests you’ve submitted or quotes you’ve received by accessing the ‘Order History’, ‘Request History’ or ‘Quote History’ sections respectively.

What does ‘Powered by AMFG’ mean?

AMFG is the software we use to provide this online portal.

Why can I not see a price for my part? (RFQ)

Not all requests are suitable for an instant quotation. A member of ARRK’s projects team will need to review your request(s) before quoting if your request falls outside of our online system.

They may be because of potential file issues, size parameters, or because you require a service that is available from ARRK - but not through its online system.

Why has the price of my parts gone up?

The pricing for your parts may have changed. For more information, please contact projects@arrkeurope.com

My country isn’t listed. How can I resolve this?

This means arrkonline is only currently available to UK based clients during our initial roll out phase.
