To upload your CAD file, you can either click the ‘Browse’ button and select a file from your folders or drag and drop the file into the portal window.
Your file format may not be supported for instant quotation. Please email ARRK’s projects team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to provide you with a quotation.
You can upload any file type as a drawing.
This option is applicable if your request is not immediately suited to an instant quotation. This may include materials or build parameters outside of the scope of our online system or for clients who require any of our additional services, such as specific paint or finishing options, vac castings, CNC machining, Block models, Metal pressings, stampings and Rapid Tooling & mouldings.
Using the ‘Request a quote’ button, you can send your details, along with any special requests, to email@example.com and one of our team will get back to you to either help refine your requirements or provide you with a bespoke quotation.
Initial registration will require manual approval by our projects team during normal office working hours. We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
Once your registration has been setup you will be able to obtain a instant quote from the system. If your requirements fall outside the systems parameters the projects team will notify you.
Account & Login
When you reach the portal, you will be required to login with your email address and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to register before you can use the system.
Before you can log in, you will need to verify your email address. You should have received an email containing a link to do this — if not, please check that you have used a valid email to register.

You can reorder any parts (or orders) you have placed through the portal by accessing the Order History page of your account.
You can request a new (temporary) password by following the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login screen. You will need to have a valid, registered email address.
Your password must be at least 11 characters long if you are registering for the first time.
If you have already registered, please check that you have entered your password correctly. Otherwise, you can use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link to receive a new (temporary) password via email.
You can update your account details by clicking the ‘Account Data’ section of your account once you are logged in.
In your account section you can see the status of any orders you’ve placed, requests you’ve submitted or quotes you’ve received by accessing the ‘Order History’, ‘Request History’ or ‘Quote History’ sections respectively.
AMFG is the software we use to provide this online portal.
Billing & Shipping
Not all requests are suitable for an instant quotation. A member of ARRK’s projects team will need to review your request(s) before quoting if your request falls outside of our online system.
They may be because of potential file issues, size parameters, or because you require a service that is available from ARRK - but not through its online system.
